Senthil
CEO, Emerald Consulting
Senthil is the CEO at Emerald Consulting. In his leadership role, he ensures that Emerald Consulting delivers on its customer commitment to bring value to the workplace. Based out of India’s IT capital Bangalore, Senthil has a BE in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration-Human Resources.
Beginning his career with Morpheus as HR Recruitment Lead, Senthil has built a formidable track record working in the recruitment space for industry leaders. He was consistently awarded as a Top Consultant for every quarter. He has since worked with Dell International services as Senior HR Recruiter, handling various businesses for them, getting industry rich experience in Human Resources and the diverse Indian market. His career graph soared high with Fujitsu Technology Solutions as HR Head-Recruitment. In this role he used to oversee the company’s Pan Indian recruitment operations.
Emerald Consulting is the fruition of his dream to bring value to the workplace through best of class recruitment services. In his spare time, Senthil enjoys outdoor sports, gourmet cooking, and travelling extensively.
